The feeling of being called as a “Chartered Accountant” cannot really be expressed in words and there’s no doubt in saying it’s one of the most reputed and sought for professional course that any youngster may dream to become someday. The course does not only provides a detailed and holistic view of finance, account, taxation & knowledge of various fields of economy but also offers a great career path, salary, and respect among society.

 

As rightly said, path to becoming a Chartered Accountant is not very easy, however it becomes easy if we choose the right path.

 

Is becoming Chartered Accounting Tough or just a myth ? Let’s face it ? It can be attempted by students who have completed 12th Standard, graduates and even professionals. The whole of the curriculum and examination are designed in such a way that students can crack them, but still, it is considered as one of the hardest professional exam to crack in India. This surely is dependent upon individuals unrealistic expectations, poor learning strategies, lack of concentration towards achieving their professional goals and incompetent coaching techniques that sometimes become provoking and became reason to divert their overall road map . As relates preparation of CA Course, aspirants just need to follow below 5 things:-

Convert failure into success : It Hurts when you fail??

It’s difficult to find any person who won’t fail in life or hasn’t seen failure in their respective lives and that too probably couple of times.

For any success and in backdrop, usually involves set of different approach and way forward that individual might have applied before arriving at solution that actually work. While some are disappointed by failure and cannot see anything beyond it, we find ingenious solutions arising from each failure and mistakes happened in past.

Nobody individually thinks failure is good, yet it holds valuable learning lessons for those who closely watch and examine it. The critical and logical benefit includes that you know what didn’t worked well and will similar approach work next time?

If one can do critical analysis of what went wrong and what possible learnings one can incorporate in future strategies, we can modify and prioritize our future strategies with past learnings.

Failure is a step forward toward your ultimate success. It’s a:

The basic and mostly commonly applied mantra to deal with failure is recommended in below three simple and most effective steps: includes:-

A.    Reframe : Critically analyse the situation from all four corners and different angles and insist on taking reliable and critical feedback; seek out perspective from different sets of people who might be associated with your task.

B.    Revise : Be open to ideas that moves you forward and sometimes people offer even without our need. Indulge in open discussions, rephrase, replan and finally move on. Always be open to take a step back from anything if not work satisfactorily. 

C.    Refocus : Collect all your energies and re focus the plan you have framed with passion and all possible reasons to succeed. The most crucial thing you can do to overcome feeling like a failure is to embrace your correct path and focus to achieve your goal.
